Powers/Abilities:
Photography: Prompto is a gifted, professionally published photographer.
Running: He grew up training and running is one of his strongest points. He's very quick and well practiced, and can even run longer races for training. He's been doing it for nearly a decade.
Armiger: Prompto is magically connected to the Crystal through Noctis. This gives him access to an unseen hammerspace shared between him and the rest of the king's retinue. It allows him to store and summon from a selection of items, including his own weapons and his camera. Restriction - only Prompto's own things; see inventory.
Techniques: Prompto has six techniques that bolster his weaponskills and are sourced through magic power. This magic does not appear to come from Noctis, these are skills innate to him.
Starshell - Fires a round to illuminate the area for a period of time. Will affect enemies affiliated with darkness.
Recoil - Deals heavy damage using machinery.
Gravisphere - Creates an orb that draws in enemies, hitting them multiple times for the duration of the attack. This is also a machinery effect.
Trigger-Happy - Allows for two volleys of fire from two firearms, all shots will be critical hits.
Snapshot - Take a photo during battle.
Limit Break - Breaks the damage limit, most reliably applied to Trigger-Happy, to burst through the 9,999 damage limit.
It should be noted that Prompto has better than average aim naturally, thanks to his origins.
Inventory: His Crownsguard fatigues which include a vest, a sleeveless shirt, a pair of fingerless gloves, several leather bracelets, a bandana around his arm, a belt, leopard print pants, black boots with red soles. He has a cell phone, and a light that's clipped to his vest.
In the Armiger he has his camera, a casual outfit, a tundra outfit and his Kingsglaive uniform. He also has a whole host of various weapons.

Anxiety: Prompto has severe, crippling social anxiety. He speaks to strangers with a stutter and hides behind his friends as much as he can. Noctis often speaks for him. He does his best to push that anxiety down, often hiding behind a smile but his stutter gets worse the more he tries to suppress it. He is not successful at this at all.
Depression: He grapples with depression and it's been a lifelong experience. He was all but abandoned by his parents, left to raise himself and as a friendless child, living in a city full of people who didn't like people who looked like him, he struggled. A lot. His smile is bright and wide, and hides so much beneath it. He considers Noctis to be the only bright spot in his life thus far. At one point he even attempts to engage in self-harm before he's stopped. He's decent at keeping it at bay enough so most people wouldn't know.
PTSD: As a result of being tortured, Prompto struggles with nightmares of the experiences he survived under Ardyn Izunia. He has no control over the suppression of this, but he tries as much as he can. Prior to that event, he had lingering unknown trauma from the fact he was cloned and grew up in a tube initially. This led to unexplained claustrophobia among other discomforts.
Greatest Fear: Prompto is afraid of some very real, tangible things. All of that pales in comparison to his fear of being just another mindless MT. It's a very specific fear, that partly comes from Ardyn Izunia taunting him and telling him he's nothing more than that, that he exists to serve the Empire. To turn on his friends would be the most terrifying thing to him, although he knows it is not possible.
Greatest Desire: Prompto has always wanted somewhere he could belong, whether it's with a person or it's in a specific place, but somewhere he can be himself and just exist is really really special to him.
Greatest Regret: He regrets not getting there in time to stop Noctis from being sucked into the crystal, and for being unable to kill Ardyn Izunia.
